Diana T. Chingos, a three-time survivor of early onset breast cancer with three diagnoses while in her thirties, serves as an advocate advisor on the Women’s Health Survivorship Care Plan study. She has contributed to the Young Survival Coalition’s Research Think Tank White Paper on “Breast Cancer in Young Women: Research Priorities” which guided the YSC’s Research Agenda in 2014. She navigates newly diagnosed cancer patients in Los Angeles. She serves on the HHS Secretary’s Advisory Committee on Human Research Protections and NCI’s Investigational Drugs and Patient Advocate Steering Committees. She loves to hike, do yoga, meditate and grow organic vegetables.
